There are those in the global NLP community who are aware that NLP, in its current paradigm, has exhausted its potential. The challenge becomes…what do we do instead?

The body of knowledge that is NLP has been evolving for more than 25 years. During that time, and often with deep caring, many talented and capable people have offered their wisdom, their creativity and their desire to contribute to expand this body of knowledge. As a result, countless around the world have had their lives improved by these efforts to facilitate and accelerate change.

As expansive as NLP has become, what has not kept pace is the way within which this material has been taught to others. In all those years, the context for teaching NLP has remained one based in a materialist model of the world. And yet, we know that science now shows us that a materialist model doesn’t accurately reflect what people are and more, what we are capable of becoming.

For more than six years, Partners in Renewal Inc. – now a WEL-Systems® Institute operating division - was a recognized NLP Institute through the American Board of NLP (ABNLP), offering certification in NLP at the Practitioner and Master Practitioner levels. Our programs have been, and continue to be, recognized around the world for their life-altering contribution to those who have chosen to engage them.

For several years, Partners in Renewal was also a designated Time Line Therapy™ Institute, offering approved certification training’s in Time Line Therapy, as designated by and recognized by the Time Line Therapy Association.

With considered thought and directed intention, we have chosen to move beyond the existing paradigm for teaching NLP and have chosen to expand into a WEL-Systems context. What we have discovered is that doing so has allowed us to move from a therapy context for change to one that is driven by our natural state of being – a quantum biological state of being – and that evokes and honors the natural intelligence of who we are. As published in the NLP Journal Rapport, the article WEL-Systems®: The New Paradigm for NLP raises the performance expectations for NLP training around the world.

With that same mindful intention, we have also chosen to allow our status as both a ABNLP Institute and a Time Line Therapy Institute to lapse. This has been done with considered thought, the benefit of experience and a deep desire to move outside the box.

As a recognized Institute of NLP, we continue to deliver the same NLP that is taught the world over and exceed the requirements of traditional NLP approaches. What is different is how we deliver that NLP. The result? Profound, life-altering and generative change, in a way that allows us to unfold with ease, safety and tremendous power! Our WEL-Systems:NLP programs now offer four distinct levels of certification, coupling the skills of NLP with a far-reaching and life-enhancing experience in a quantum framework.
