We welcome your interest in a journey of profound discovery and accelerated consciousness associated with our Certification program experiences. These certifications are offered not as an end in themselves but as markers that attest to the full expression of:

  • your commitment and determination
  • your willingness to trust yourself and others; to be unsure and to move nonetheless with intention and curiosity; and to break new ground
  • your willingness to engage, create and achieve
  • your growth and accomplishment along a road that is filled with the challenges that the unknown presents

All of our certifications programs are WEL-Systems based. Each provides a unique exploration and becomes a personal marker of accomplishment.  These certifications signify your willingness and ability to respond powerfully to life-altering invitations and to step into your own greatness, without hesitation, in the moment of their offering.

WEL-Systems Institute Certifications are offered as a symbol of what we have accomplished and as reminders of what still lies ahead… invitations to sustain the commitment to our own evolution. For us, Certifications are not the journey itself but a means to capture the experience of having journeyed - mementos that remind us not only of the distance we've traveled but of our love of the adventure!

Our Certification experiences are intense, guided journeys of personal discovery and empowerment - preparing you for evolution as well as for enhanced effectiveness in working with others. You become a living expression of the very thing that you offer to and invite from others. In addition to the experience itself, we recognize the power of the contagion factor of our thinking and offer certification as a recognition of your own quantum leaps and the ability to interact with others in a way that invites rapid, profound and generative change in them.

The basis for each of our certifications is your demonstrated and acknowledged ability to recognize that:

  • life is a continuum of expression
  • you have the flexibility to engage this continuum anywhere along its unfolding
  • you have an increasing ability and willingness to connect with and support others in discovering this in and for themselves

Portals Passages Certifications

If you're looking to combine accelerated personal growth with the capacity to affect change with others in your life - be it at work, at home or in your community - the intensive program experiences and certifications from Portals Passages are designed for just that. These programs are far beyond 'training' and are small group, guided intensives that allow you to begin to journey into and discover the parts of you that are unknown, in a way that keeps you safe and yet allows for rapid, profound and generative change.

Portals Passages program experiences call to those who are looking to become more and not just know more. Those drawn to these programs recognize that techniques may be interesting and/or effective at some levels of expression but become barriers to accelerated evolution and expanded consciousness at others levels. Portals Passages experiences will press you beyond what you already know...and beyond who you know yourself to be.

All certifications under Portals Passages include NLP, up to the Master Practitioner level. Although we continue to offer the same great, world-class NLP that we always have (see: Global Recognition of an Expanded Paradigm), we no longer distinguish its presence. NLP has become the underpinning to facilitating the WEL-Systems journey; and has come to play a supporting role to the WEL-Systems body of knowledge, The CODE Model™ and Quantum TLC™ experiences. A WEL-Systems® designation presupposes the presence of NLP training incorporated into the program experience.

Igniting the Self: Awakening Creativity and the Ability to ConnectProgram Description
Certification: WEL-Systems Facilitator
Program Theme: Breathe, Follow the Impulses, Allow Yourself to Know the Truth

This program represents approximately 120 hours in pre-study and intensive 'classroom' experience. It is an introduction to the powerful WEL-Systems approach to change and includes the NLP material contained at the Practitioner level.

Resourcefulness in Action: Living The CODE Model Program Description
Certification: Quantum TLC Facilitator
Program Theme: Staying in the tough conversations

This program represents approximately 120 hours in pre-study and intensive 'classroom' experience. This 7-day program is a supervised coaching practicum, with three hours of individual coaching every day that allows for direct, real-time, one-on-one coaching experience with a variety of program participants with a variety of real-life issues. Included are an in-depth exploration and application of The CODE Model™, Quantum TLC™ plus two days of working with energy.

Influencing with Intention : Engaging Effectively with Others Program Description
Certification: WEL-Systems Master Facilitator
Program Theme: Be willing to stand alone

This program represents approximately 100 hours in pre-study, assignment and intensive 'classroom' experience. This program is an invitation to engage at the levels of Self, family, community and beyond. We focus on applying advanced NLP concepts expanded to engage a WEL-Systems context. Woven through the program are elements of Huna, as an introduction to the spiritual and everyday practices of the Ancient Hawaiians. This program level positions you for consideration into selected WEL-Systems Institute business opportunities.

Manifesting a Meaningful Life: Living Authentically Program Description
Certification: CODE Model™ Coach
Program Theme: Shape or be shaped by YOUR world

This program represents approximately 150 hours in pre-program Coaching Practicum, original articles and intensive 'classroom' experience. At this level of experience and expression, attention shifts from absorbing the genius of others and decloaking to manifest your own. Emphasis moves from reading the works of others to creating new material for others to engage with. The intention is for your life to become a living expression of the potential of The CODE Model as you engage with others in supporting them to do the same.

Catalyst for Change: Co-Creation as Invitation Program Description
Certification: WEL-Systems Catalyst
Program Theme: Awakening Autopoiesis

This program represents original and cutting-edge thinking and its application through specified results. Designed to unfold over four to six months, Catalyst for Change offers a practical metaphor for how to live differently - moment to moment - over an extended period of time, to create a different world for ourselves and others. Combines email, individual and group processes, personal coaching and working directly with others. This is a profound and extensive application of advanced concepts of WEL-Systems in a variety of functions and applications, within multiple systems (corporate, family, political, religious, community, etc.).

Certification qualifies you for business relationships with the WEL-Systems Institute to create and facilitate four-day CODE Model Guide™ experiences. Certification also positions you for consideration as a WEL-Systems Program Leader for creation and facilitation of the first two levels of Portals Passages certification (Igniting the Self and Resourcefulness in Action).

The DeCODEing Series offers a broad range of distinct and highly focused four-day certification program experiences from which to choose that invite deep, personal insights into your own potential; and create both the willingness and an ability to invite these discoveries in others. As a Certified CODE Model Guide™, you can work with individuals and/or small groups to:

  • accelerate change
  • invite a generative capability in others for their own evolution
  • create the sense of safety that is required for insight and discovery

Using the powerful WEL-Systems tool, The CODE Model™, you'll quickly develop competence and confidence in delving into the unknown with a sense of curiosity and adventure. Integrating the best from the science of allopathic medicine and that of autopoiesis - the science of self-generating systems - The CODE Model offers you an effective and provocative framework of discovery for integrating what we have for so long held, at best, as separate and at worst, unattainable.

Each four-day program offers an intensive and in-depth exploration of the cutting-edge thinking and science behind the results consistently achieved through The CODE Model. Conversations and discussions are tailored to the specific interests and needs of the professional group gathered. Practical application is shaped by the challenges of real-life/real-time faced by those in the room. An Open Forum approach ensures your questions are answered and problems solved.

DeCODEing Coaching: The Merlin Factor
For those already certified as Personal/Professional Development Coaches; or who are in Management positions and are designated mentors to others in their organizations; Sports Coaches; certified Counsellors and Therapists. Consider that getting results with a client is never about the client - it's always about our own limitations. Staying present to the truth of our own experience in the moment of engaging with others holds the key to gateways and breakthroughs for both!

DeCODEing Work: Fun with Fractals
For those already certified as Facilitators and/or Trainers for Organizational Development/Change; for supervisors and managers who work with small groups; for Mediators who engage with individuals or small groups in organizational contexts. Approaching work as a metaphor for how we live, Nested Living Systems(TM) offers a practical way for us to engage with each other in ways that free us from the consequences of a 'traditional' approach to organizational and behavioural change, growth and evolution.

DeCODEing Wellness: Integrating Body, Mind and Spirit
Designed for Health and Wellness Specialists such as Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Nurses, Doctors, and other Healthcare Professionals including. Reflexologists, Registered Massage Therapists, Naturopaths, etc. This four-day program represents approximately 35 hours of intensive classroom experience. Participants are guided through the WEL-Systems body of knowledge, with an in-depth appreciation for The CODE Model™ and its application to their particular field of practice. Discover how to align and integrate what we're doing, what we're saying and who we're being in our interactions with clients. For ourselves and for our clients, relaxing into and trusting 'dis-ease' as intelligent messages from the body opens the way to metabolizing these message and regaining health. The key is how to decode these messages without invading the natural boundaries of body, mind and spirit.

DeCODEing Counselling: Becoming the Gateway to Change
For Certified Professional Counsellors and Therapists. It's not what we know that makes the difference - it's who we're being while we share what we know that makes it possible for our clients to take back their lives. We are the space within which their lives will change. Our willingness and ability to become that will determine the degree of change that becomes possible for those with whom we work.

DeCODEing NLP: Quantum Leaps Beyond Techniques
For those already certified as Practitioners or Master Practitioners of NLP; for NLP Trainers or Master Trainers. If all meaning is context dependent (which it is), the expanded magic of NLP lives not in its technique but in a higher order of thought within which NLP technique can unfold. For those already certified as Addictions Counsellors; for those certified to work with men and women in Recovery Programs; for those who engage directly with the families of those in the throes of addiction, whether substance or process. This ground-breaking, non-medical model/non-therapy model approach - based in and guided by Quantum Science - will deepen your ability to calibrate at all levels - physical, emotional and spiritual; accelerate your ability to have an impact and invite profound change; and become proficient at educating your clients to operate at higher levels of thinking, inviting generative change.

DeCODEing Pain: New Conversations - New Perspectives
For Healthcare Professionals as Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and Psychologists who work with chronic pain. Pain is a message from the body to engage life differently. Chronic pain is the body nagging at us to pay attention and profoundly change the way we live!
